Little Rock, AR Heavy cast metal table lighter produced for the Non Commissioned Officers' Club at RAF Upper Heyford, England. The cylindrical body features raised lettering reading "NCO CLUB RAF UPPER HEYFORD ENGLAND", bordered by decorative scrollwork bands. The reverse displays the official crest of the 66th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, including the banner reading "66th TAC. RECON. WING," identifying the
