A perfect sipper that also shines in bourbon based cocktails. Buttery toffee bar with poached pear aromas with vanilla syrup, caramel wafer, candied cinnamon, and clove. Fruit dominates the palate with spice underneath, making for a perfectly balanced bourbon. Balanced and layered with sweet and spice slowly drifting away. Distiller's Notes
