Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey inscription of GESCHWADER IMMELMANN indicating issue to personnel of Fliegergeschwader Schwerin, the reverse featuring a black cotton rayon liner, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 460 mm (l), in unissued and mint condition.
