A Document Portion Signed by Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov visually-hidden 1940 to May 17A certificate carefully clipped from a larger award document, constructed of off white paper stock with multi coloured ink, featuring the handwritten signature of Soviet Minister of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Molotov, flanked by a gilt typewritten name and title in Russian Cyrillic, situated above the handwritten signature of Yakov Chadaev (Minister of Affairs of the Council of Peoples Commissars), decorated at the bottom with gilt laurel and oak leaf
