Constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a printed ink divisional emblem in the form of a blue shield, trimmed with a black border and bearing a central yellow lion rampant, unmarked, measuring 72 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), an example of an unusual pattern in unissued and extremely fine condition.
